Our subscription program (“Subscribe & Save”) is designed to offer convenience, savings, and flexible delivery options for our customers across Europe.
Please read the following policy to understand how your subscription works.
1. How the Subscription Works
When you choose “Subscribe & Save” on a product page, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the selected frequency:

Every 1 month (15% off)

Every 2 months (10% off)

Every 3 months (5% off)
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time via your Montavita customer account:

Change delivery frequency

Skip a shipment
-
Pause your subscription

Update shipping address

Update payment method

Cancel subscription

3. Payment & Billing
Your selected payment method will be automatically charged 24–48 hours before each shipment.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry automatically.
Your order will not ship until the payment is successful.
4. Subscription Discounts
Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.
If you cancel your subscription, the discount will no longer apply to future purchases unless you re-subscribe.
Discounts cannot be combined with:

Bundles

5. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines as regular orders.
We offer fast EU-wide delivery.
Shipping costs and availability may vary depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking email for every subscription shipment.
6. Skipping or Pausing Deliveries
You may skip a delivery at any time before your next billing date.
You can also pause your subscription for as long as needed.
Pausing does not cancel the subscription.
7. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees or commitments.
Cancelation must be done before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that shipment.
To cancel:
Log in → My Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription
8. Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders follow our standard Return Policy.
For safety and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

9. Failed Deliveries or Address Errors
If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Customer unavailability

Refusal to accept delivery
We may charge a re-shipping fee.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors.
10. Subscription Price Changes
Montavita reserves the right to update subscription pricing or discounts.
Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance by email.
Your subscription will continue unless canceled.
