How do I take it?
Weeks 1–2: rice-grain size (100–150mg) dissolved in warm — not hot — water, each morning on an empty stomach.
From week 3: pea-size (250–300mg) in warm water, 30 minutes before breakfast.
How long should I use it?
Shilajit is traditionally taken daily over several weeks or months. Follow the usage guidance on the label and listen to your body.
Can I mix it into hot drinks?
Use warm, not hot, liquids. High heat degrades fulvic acid.
